Garage Sale - April 24, 2010

North Shore at Lake Hart Multi Subdivision Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

There is no cost to you to participate as the HOA will pay for the permit for ALL REGISTERED ADDRESSES.

You need to provide your name and address for the garage sale, in order for the HOA to obtain the permit.

You can do so by clicking on the survey, voting yes if you are participating.

The Deadline for signing up is April 18. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS as the permit has to be obtained in advance. If you do not submit your name/address by this date, you CANNOT participate in the garage sale.

Keep in mind that once we submit the addresses to Orange County Zoning Department for the permit, if you are not on it and decide to take part in the garage sale, you can possibly be fined by the County when they come and check.

As per Orange County Zoning regulations mobile food vendors and trailers are prohibited and vehicular traffic cannot be obstructed.
